EAST AURORA, NY — Police are investigating a series of car larcenies believed to be carried out by a group of teenage males.
The East Aurora Police Department released video footage showing what appears to be an organized effort by multiple suspects targeting vehicles in the area.
Police are urging residents to lock their vehicles and remove keys from inside.
Authorities also recommend leaving exterior lights on and using doorbell or outdoor surveillance cameras.
The department said it is working to identify and apprehend those responsible for the thefts.
No arrests have been announced.
