NORTH CONWAY, NH — A man wanted on multiple charges was arrested following a lengthy investigation into his whereabouts.
Justin P. Nadeau was located and arrested Wednesday by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office Warrants Division.
Nadeau was wanted on a warrant issued by the Rockingham County Superior Court for non-appearance in court on underlying charges of theft by deception, financial exploitation of an elderly, disabled, or impaired adult, falsifying physical evidence and forgery.
He was also the subject of a contempt capias issued by the 10th Circuit Family Division in Portsmouth.
Following his arrest, Nadeau was transported to the Rockingham County Jail, where he was held on $485,178.14 cash bail.
The Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office received assistance from the Conway Police Department and the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office in the investigation.
