MILTON, NY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a 911 hangup call Tuesday at 10:09 p.m. at a residence on Route 29.
Investigation into the matter led to the arrest of Alyssa M. Davenport, 36, of Milton, for assault in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, both class D felonies.
Davenport is accused of intentionally causing physical injury to another person by means of a dangerous instrument and of possessing that dangerous instrument having previously been convicted of a crime.
She allegedly slashed the victim to their face and arms with a razor blade causing lacerations to both areas.
Davenport was arraigned before the Honorable Steven L. Brown in the Milton Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings in that court.
