SAUGERTIES, NY — A 21-year-old man was arrested following a larceny complaint on Nov. 3.
Jesse A. Debberman, of Saugerties, was taken into custody at about 4:30 p.m. by the Saugerties Police Department.
Debberman was charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree, a felony, and scheme to defraud in the second degree.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
Debberman is scheduled to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
