SAUGERTIES, NY — A man was arrested on a sex abuse charge.
Edward M. Thomas, 24, of Saugerties, was arrested at 3127 Route 9W on Jan. 10.
Thomas was charged with second-degree sex abuse, a misdemeanor.
The victim was a 14-year-old female.
The arrest was made by New York State Police.
