SAUGERTIES, NY — The Saugerties Police Department arrested a local man following an investigation into a theft from a business.
Daniel E. Severin, 25, of Saugerties, was taken into custody at about 3:06 p.m. on Oct. 21.
Severin was charged with petit larceny and scheme to defraud in the second degree, both misdemeanors.
He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Village of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
