SAUGERTIES, NY — A 44-year-old man was arrested following an investigation into a complaint on Route 32.
Cory L. Marchesani, of Saugerties, was taken into custody at approximately 3:50 p.m. on Oct. 21.
Marchesani was charged with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department.
Marchesani was transported to CAP Court in Kingston for arraignment.
