COLEBROOK, NH — A woman turned herself in to police on an outstanding warrant Oct. 9.
Hannah Brooks, 24, of Colebrook, was arrested at the Colebrook Police Department at 6:48 p.m.
Brooks was charged with alcohol ignition interlock circumvention.
The warrant stemmed from a traffic stop that occurred Sept. 11.
Brooks was released on a summons to appear in Colebrook District Court.
