SAUGERTIES, NY — A 54-year-old man was arrested following complaints of a dispute on Livingston Street.
John A. Yonnetti, of Saugerties, was taken into custody at about 5:30 p.m. Oct. 19 by the Saugerties Police Department.
Yonnetti was charged with the misdemeanor of making graffiti.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
Yonnetti is scheduled to appear in the Village of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
