BINGHAMTON, NY — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office announced several arrests this week involving charges ranging from felony drug possession to property crimes.
Jessica N. Backus, 42, of Port Crane, was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a class E felony, following an investigation into property damage in the Town of Fenton.
Backus was also charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Kirkwood.
Deidre A. Brady, 42, of Binghamton, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, class A misdemeanors, and operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs, first offense, a misdemeanor, following a narcotics investigation in the City of Binghamton.
Andrew R. Clemens, 29, was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Dickinson.
Marcellino V. Mendoza, 68, of Endicott, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, a class D felony, following a narcotics investigation in the Town of Union.
