SAUGERTIES — A Washington state man was arrested following a domestic dispute investigation Sunday afternoon.
Cole R. Dinkelman, 39, of Arlington, Washington, was taken into custody at about 3:45 p.m. Oct. 12 after Saugerties police responded to a complaint.
Police charged Dinkelman with fourth-degree criminal mischief and criminal obstruction of breathing, both misdemeanors, as well as second-degree harassment, a violation.
Dinkelman was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and transported to CAP Court for arraignment.
