BARTON — Troopers observed a motorcyclist traveling at approximately 100 mph on U.S. Route 5 on Sept. 17 at approximately 6:26 p.m.
Police say attempts to stop the motorcyclist were unsuccessful.
Investigations revealed the motorcyclist continued south on Vermont Route 16 toward the town of Glover.
The motorcyclist faces potential charges of negligent operation and excessive speed.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
