NEWPORT — North Country Hospital announced it will consolidate sleep services from St. Johnsbury into its Newport sleep center effective June 1.
The move is designed to bring resources together in a single location, improve coordination of care and strengthen clinical support, according to the hospital.
“By consolidating services, we are able to enhance the overall patient experience while maintaining the high-quality care our community expects,” said Thomas Frank, the hospital’s CEO.
Patients currently receiving care will continue to do so without interruption, the hospital said.
Staff are working individually with current patients to coordinate appointments and answer questions about the transition.
