NATICK — A white pickup truck struck a crosswalk signal and guardrail before fleeing the scene on Speen Street on Aug. 31, according to the Natick Police Department.
The incident occurred at approximately 9:40 p.m. when the southbound vehicle crossed West Central Street and left the roadway.
The truck damaged the crosswalk signal and guardrail on the southwest corner of the intersection.
After the collision, the vehicle entered the Roche Bros. parking lot before continuing south on Speen Street toward Sherborn.
Police are requesting public assistance with the hit-and-run investigation.
