BINGHAMTON — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is seeking Wilfred Rose on an outstanding warrant for second-degree assault.
Rose, a Black male, is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last known to frequent the Rotary Avenue area of Binghamton.
Anyone with information on Rose’s location is asked to contact the Broome County Sheriff’s Office.
