BILLERICA — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying two individuals connected to separate theft incidents at local facilities.
On Aug. 26 at approximately 4:05 p.m., an individual wearing a white tank top and black sweatpants was captured on surveillance removing a bicycle from the rack at Billerica Public Library.
The bicycle was reported stolen by the owner but has since been recovered by officers at the PHR and returned to the victim.
In a separate incident on July 30 at approximately 8:30 p.m., an individual pictured in a black t-shirt and hat was seen on surveillance footage at the Peggy Hannon-Rizza complex carrying a high-value pair of sneakers.
The sneakers were reported stolen from the victim’s backpack.
