SAUGERTIES — The Saugerties Police Department arrested John M. Rich, 56, of Saugerties, on Aug. 12 at about 5:35 p.m. following a dispute complaint.
Rich was charged with harassment in the second degree, a violation, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a misdemeanor, resulting from the investigation into the complaint.
Rich was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
