COLEBROOK — A Colebrook police officer arrested a 26-year-old Stratford man on an outstanding warrant while he was pumping gas Thursday morning.
Trevor Frizzell was taken into custody at 8:20 a.m. at the Big Apple on Main Street.
The warrant was issued by the Berlin Police Department on charges of disobeying an officer, reckless conduct and reckless operation, all misdemeanors.
Frizzell was transported to the police station where he was booked and later released on bail.
He is scheduled to appear in Colebrook District Court for arraignment.
