SAUGERTIES — Police arrested a 44-year-old Saugerties man Tuesday evening on stalking and criminal contempt charges.
Charles R. Soltys was taken into custody at about 5:10 p.m. Aug. 5 following a complaint to the Saugerties Police Department.
The investigation resulted in Soltys being charged with stalking in the fourth degree and criminal contempt in the second degree, both misdemeanors.
Soltys was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and transported to CAP court in Kingston for arraignment.
