Pelham man arrested in Kingston burglary case

KINGSTON — A 37-year-old Pelham man has been arrested in connection with a December burglary on Main Street.

Justin Dunkavich was taken into custody Tuesday night in Derry after evading arrest since the Dec. 18 incident.

Detective Gina Whitford took the burglary report on Dec. 18, 2024.

Video surveillance was obtained from both the residence and a nearby business.

Dunkavich was later identified through the investigation, and a felony arrest warrant was issued.

He is charged with burglary, a felony, and receiving stolen property.

Dunkavich is being held at the Rockingham County Jail awaiting arraignment at Brentwood District Court.

The Kingston Police Department received assistance from the Pelham, Hampstead and Derry police departments in the investigation.
