Wheatfield police identify man killed in farming accident

WHEATFIELD — Authorities have identified the man who died in a farming accident as 67-year-old William Sacher of Wheatfield.

The incident occurred earlier this week, according to the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office.

Officials said Sacher died at the scene.

The Niagara County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigation Bureau will continue to investigate the circumstances of the accident.
