SAUGERTIES — The Saugerties Police Department arrested Sean M. Brett, 23, of Kingston on Monday following a complaint about a dispute.
Brett was arrested at about 3:30 p.m. on July 21 and charged with aggravated harassment in the second degree, a misdemeanor.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and released on an appearance ticket.
Brett is scheduled to appear in Town of Saugerties Justice Court at a later date.
