AVERILL — Vermont State Police arrested a Connecticut man on suspicion of driving under the influence following a single-vehicle crash early Sunday morning.
Jonathan Pataki, 50, of Norwalk, Connecticut, was taken into custody after the crash on Forest Lake Road at approximately 12:56 a.m. July 21.
The Vermont State Police Derby Barracks received the crash report and responded to the scene.
During the investigation, Pataki showed signs of impairment, police said.
Pataki was arrested and processed at the Derby Barracks.
He was issued a citation to appear at a later date in Essex County Superior Court.
