SIDNEY — Amy L. Williams, 49, was arrested Aug. 21 on a bench warrant issued by the Town of Oneonta Court.
Williams was located by Sidney Police Department officers and turned over to Otsego County Sheriff’s Office deputies.
She was transported to the Otsego County Jail where she is being held pending arraignment.
Police have not provided any more information at this time.
