Broome County sheriff’s office reports 9 arrests in weekly roundup

BINGHAMTON — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office announced nine arrests on various charges in its weekly arrest summary released July 22.

Joshua M. Antalek, 36, of Endicott, was charged with obstruction of governmental administration in the 2nd degree following a warrant execution in the Village of Endicott.

Christopher M. Berkman, 39, of Endicott, was charged with petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

Kaila J. Couture, 24, of Vestal, was charged with grand larceny in the 3rd degree and possession of a forged instrument in the 2nd degree, both Class D felonies, following a fraud investigation in the Town of Chenango.

Kimberly L. Demkovich, 36, of Endicott, was charged with petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

Oscar J. Dwyer, 44, of Endicott, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell in the 3rd degree, a Class B felony, and criminal possession of methamphetamine in the 4th degree, a Class C felony, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.

Malik T. Oliver, 27, of Binghamton, was charged with bail jumping in the 3rd degree, obstruction of governmental administration in the 2nd degree and resisting arrest, all Class A misdemeanors, following a warrant execution in the City of Binghamton.

Caleb A. Pratt, 28, was charged with petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

Darrell E. Tarvin Jr., 51, of Endicott, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree, a Class A misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the City of Binghamton.

John E. Vasquez, 24, of Endicott, was charged with menacing in the 2nd degree, a Class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into a weapons complaint in the Town of Binghamton.
