SAUGERTIES — The Saugerties Police Department arrested a 31-year-old local man July 16 following a complaint of a stolen truck and trailer from Cantine Field Sports Complex.
Cody J. Valenti of Saugerties was taken into custody at about 1:40 p.m. in Palenville following an investigation.
Valenti was charged with felony grand larceny in the 2nd degree and grand larceny in the 3rd degree.
He was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and arraigned in CAP Court in Kingston.
Valenti was remanded to the Ulster County Jail on $25,000/$50,000/$100,000 bail.
Police recovered the 2024 RAM 3500 at the time of Valenti’s arrest.
The attached 2022 Cam Superline 20-foot utility trailer has not been recovered.
