EVANS — The Town of Evans Police Department has identified two suspects accused of spray-painting graffiti on town property.
Both offenders are out-of-state residents and are being charged under New York state law.
Authorities said the suspects were captured on video at approximately 9:15 p.m. on June 26 at Evans Town Park.
Investigators found the same graffiti “tag” in multiple locations within the park and possibly elsewhere in town.
