BINGHAMTON — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office announced five arrests in its weekly report released Monday.
Carl R. Fitch Sr., 43, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree, a class E felony, following a traffic stop in Binghamton.
Cloe A. McGuire, 18, of Chenango Forks, was charged with assault in the third degree, a class A misdemeanor, following an assault investigation in the town of Nanticoke.
Charles J. Robinson Jr., 39, of Endicott, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, criminal contempt in the second degree, resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration in the second degree, all class A misdemeanors, following a traffic stop in Johnson City.
Jalil D. Ruiz Sr., 39, of the town of Dickinson, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a class A misdemeanor, following a traffic stop in the town of Dickinson.
Nicole S. White, 30, was charged with criminal mischief in the second degree, a class D felony, following an investigation into damaged property in the town of Chenango.
