GREECE — Three Rochester residents were arrested June 29 after officers responded to a license plate reader alert for a stolen vehicle near Greece Ridge Center Drive.
The Greece Police Department received the alert at approximately 3:28 p.m. for a car that had been taken during a gunpoint robbery the previous day in Rochester.
Officers located the vehicle and arrested the occupants without incident.
Justin M. Diaz, 33, of Rochester, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree and unlawful use of a vehicle in the third degree.
Brant G. Matthews, 30, of Rochester, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree and unlawful use of a vehicle in the third degree.
Carrie Husereau, 32, of Rochester, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree and unlawful use of a vehicle in the third degree.
The suspects were transported to the county jail and are scheduled to be arraigned in CAP Court.
