PENN YAN — Police arrested a 44-year-old Dundee woman for petit larceny following a report that she stole a package from a porch.
Darcey L. Semmel was taken into custody after a witness followed her to Walnut Street, where officers found her in possession of the stolen package.
Semmel was transported to the police department for processing and later released on an appearance ticket.
