PENN YAN — Penn Yan Police arrested a juvenile for criminal mischief and third-degree assault following an altercation.
The juvenile is accused of punching another individual in the face and throwing an object into a windshield, causing it to break.
The juvenile was issued an appearance ticket to Yates County Probation.
The charges will be heard in Family Court.
