PENN YAN — A 48-year-old Penn Yan man was arrested on a felony DWI charge after deputies responded to reports of reckless driving June 19.
Ciro Silvaromero was taken into custody at 10:34 p.m. on East Lake Road in the Town of Barrington, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies responded to reports of a pickup truck operating recklessly on East Lake Road and located the vehicle.
Silvaromero was identified as the operator and subjected to field sobriety tests before being arrested.
He was transported to the Yates County Jail for a chemical breath test and held to appear in CAP Court on June 20.
