Broome County sheriff reports 12 arrests on various charges

BINGHAMTON — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office reported 12 arrests on charges ranging from larceny to felony drug possession in its weekly arrest summary released June 18.

Joseph R. Buchanan Jr., 60, was charged with petit larceny following a larceny investigation in Binghamton.

Lester D. Dillon, 35, of Binghamton, faces multiple charges including driving while intoxicated, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree and unlawful possession of ammunition feed device following a traffic stop in the town of Binghamton.

Dillon was also charged in a separate domestic incident with reckless endangerment in the 1st degree, endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated harassment in the 2nd degree.

Marshall G. Gjiza, 30, of Johnson City, was charged with resisting arrest and obstruction of governmental administration in the 2nd degree following a warrant execution in Johnson City.

Beth A. Harasta, 38, was charged with three counts of petit larceny following a larceny investigation in the town of Union.

David P. Kellerman, 66, of Port Crane, was charged with making a terroristic threat following an investigation into threatening messages sent in the town of Fenton.

Stepan I. Mykytyuk, 73, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal contempt in the 2nd degree following an investigation into an order of protection violation in the town of Dickinson.

Nicholas N. Neer, 37, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal possession of stolen property in the 3rd degree and grand larceny in the 3rd degree following separate larceny investigations in the towns of Conklin and Colesville.

Ryan G. Owens, 30, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal mischief in the 3rd degree, resisting arrest, obstruction of governmental administration in the 2nd degree and criminal trespass in the 2nd degree following an investigation into a dispute in the town of Dickinson.

Jose M. Vazquez, 39, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree and obstruction of governmental administration in the 2nd degree following a traffic stop in Johnson City.

Kristine E. Webb, 53, of Binghamton, was charged with driving while intoxicated, obstruction of governmental administration in the 2nd degree and several traffic violations following an investigation into suspicious activity in the town of Fenton.

Thomas W. Williams, 22, of Endicott, was charged with harassment in the 2nd degree following an investigation into a dispute in the town of Union.

Jesse J. Wolcott, 38, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal trespass in the 3rd degree following a criminal trespassing investigation in the town of Chenango.
