COLUMBUS — A 29-year-old woman was arrested June 6 by the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office for endangering the welfare of a child.
Stephanie M. Baird was charged after detectives determined she facilitated communication between an incarcerated individual at the Chenango County Correctional Facility and the protected party of an active order of protection.
Baird is scheduled to appear in Columbus Town Court at a later date.
