PENN YAN — A 34-year-old Interlaken man turned himself in to authorities Monday morning on an outstanding arrest warrant.
Brent Kastenhuber was arrested by Yates County Sheriff’s Office deputies at 6:29 a.m. at 227 Main St. in Penn Yan.
The warrant was issued out of the Town of Starkey stemming from a previous incident that occurred in the Village of Dundee.
Kastenhuber is charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief for property damage.
He was taken into custody and held for CAP court.
