SARATOGA COUNTY — The Sheriff’s Office arrested a Schenectady woman Tuesday on an arrest warrant issued by the Wilton Town Court charging her with burglary in the 3rd degree.
Crystal L. Thompson, 48, is accused of knowingly entering and remaining unlawfully in the Wilton Walmart on Jan. 30 with intent to commit a crime.
She had previously been informed by Walmart that she was not allowed to be in the store.
Thompson was arraigned before the Honorable Chad Jerome in the Wilton Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
The charge is a class D felony.
