PENN YAN — A 49-year-old Dansville man was arrested Thursday evening on an outstanding warrant while deputies were assisting with an unrelated complaint.
Troy M. Struble was taken into custody at 6:28 p.m. on Main Street after Yates County Sheriff’s deputies discovered he had an active bench warrant from the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies had been dispatched to assist the Penn Yan Police Department with a complaint when the warrant was discovered during interviews with individuals at the scene.
Struble was transferred to Livingston County deputies.
