SHERBURNE — A 38-year-old Village of Sherburne resident was arrested Tuesday by the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office for petit larceny.
Kevin J. Roach was taken into custody after deputies responded to a business in the Village of Sherburne for a larceny complaint.
After conducting an investigation, deputies identified Roach as the suspect.
Roach was taken into custody without incident and processed at the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office.
He was released on an appearance ticket to appear in Village of Sherburne Court at a later date.
