BINGHAMTON — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office announced 12 arrests on various charges ranging from felonies to misdemeanors in its weekly report released June 3.
Nicholas A. Ambrose, 24, of Binghamton, was charged with criminal contempt in the first degree, a Class E felony, following a traffic stop in Binghamton.
Krystle R. Burns, 31, of Harpursville, was charged with grand larceny in the third degree, a Class D felony, following an investigation into vehicle theft in the town of Colesville.
Jason M. Delong, 42, of Susquehanna, Pa., was charged with two counts of aggravated DWI with child passenger under 16, Class E felonies, driving while ability impaired by drugs with prior conviction, a Class E felony, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, a Class E felony, and two counts of reckless endangerment in the second degree, Class A misdemeanors, following an investigation into a motor vehicle accident in the town of Fenton.
Michael R. Evanchof, 39, of Smithville Flats, was charged with three counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, Class A misdemeanors, following a traffic stop in Binghamton.
Eric C. Freije, 35, was charged with burglary in the second degree, a Class C felony, robbery in the third degree, a Class D felony, and criminal mischief in the fourth degree, a Class A misdemeanor, following an investigation into a domestic incident in the town of Chenango.
Samuel J. Hartung, 28, of Endicott, was charged with making a terroristic threat, a Class D felony, following an investigation into threatening statements made in the town of Union.
Bobbi L. McCarty, 50, of Binghamton, was charged with four counts of petit larceny, Class A misdemeanors, following separate larceny investigations in the towns of Union and Chenango.
Johnny Ramirez-Gomez, 21, of Marathon, was charged with two counts of assault in the second degree, Class D felonies, following an investigation into a dispute in the town of Lisle.
Bridget L. Sage, 45, of Greene, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, Class A misdemeanors, following a traffic stop in Binghamton.
Glenn R. Schmitt, 35, was charged with petit larceny, a Class A misdemeanor, and five counts of criminal trespass in the third degree, Class B misdemeanors, following separate investigations in Binghamton.
Nicholas G. Torres, 58, of Binghamton, was charged with driving while intoxicated and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, misdemeanors, along with several traffic violations, following a traffic stop in Binghamton.
Wesley N. Wyckoff, 46, of Susquehanna, Pa., was charged with two counts of burglary in the third degree, Class D felonies, criminal mischief in the third degree, a Class E felony, possession of burglar tools, a Class A misdemeanor, and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a Class A misdemeanor, following a burglary investigation in the town of Kirkwood.
