PENN YAN — Yates County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a man on an outstanding warrant Friday evening.
Thomas J. Gordon was taken into custody at approximately 8:53 p.m. on Clinton Street in Penn Yan.
Deputies arrested Gordon on an active warrant issued by Yates County Superior Court for violation of probation.
Gordon was transported to the Yates County Jail where he will await arraignment.
The Penn Yan Police Department also responded to the scene.
