Broome County reports arrests on charges ranging from DWI to forgery

BINGHAMTON — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office released its weekly summary of recent arrests and charges as of May 29.

Joshua D. Blackwell, 26, was charged with criminal trespass, a violation, after a trespassing investigation in the Town of Dickinson.

Danielle C. Goodison, 28, of Endicott, was charged with driving while intoxicated (first offense) and aggravated DWI (BAC greater than .18), both misdemeanors, following a traffic stop in the Town of Union.

Cody A. Hawkins, 30, of the Town of Binghamton, was charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a class E felony, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors, after an investigation into a domestic dispute in the Town of Binghamton.

Brandy P. Lane, 35, of Endicott, was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, after a larceny investigation in the Town of Union.

Takai C. Mason, 22, of Binghamton, was charged with possession of a forged instrument in the second degree, a class D felony, after a forgery investigation in the Town of Chenango.

Bobbi L. McCarty, 50, of Binghamton, was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Chenango.

Rachel Morden, 50, of Binghamton, was charged with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor, following a larceny investigation in the Town of Chenango.

Felisha M. Rodriguez, 35, of Johnson City, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, a class E felony, as well as driving while intoxicated (first offense) and aggravated DWI (BAC greater than .18), both misdemeanors, after a motor vehicle accident in the Town of Dickinson.
