PENN YAN — Yates County deputies responded to a rollover accident involving a dump truck at the intersection of W. Bluff Drive and Skyline Drive at 11:20 a.m. on May 28.
The driver, Jadon Mazur, 24, of Macedon, sustained injuries to his left arm and was transported to the hospital by a personal vehicle.
Mazur was issued a citation for unreasonable speed.
He is scheduled to appear in Jerusalem Town Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
Deputies were assisted by Penn Yan Ambulance, Branchport Fire Department and Yates County Office of Emergency Management.
