ONEIDA — The Oneida City Police Department released its arrest blotter for May 20-26, detailing multiple arrests and the issuance of several tickets related to criminal and traffic offenses.
On May 20, Jeffrey E. Aquino of Canastota was issued a criminal summons for harassment in the second degree, endangering the welfare of a child, criminal obstruction of breathing, and fourth-degree criminal mischief.
Ashley M. Remick of North Syracuse received traffic tickets for driving while using a portable electronic device, operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration, operating an uninspected motor vehicle, and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
Jose L. Sanchez of Rome was cited for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
Nicole M. Sharp of Rome was arrested on an arrest warrant for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
On May 21, Nicholas T. Johnson of Oneida was issued an appearance ticket for fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and received traffic tickets for operating with a suspended registration, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operator, and operating an uninspected motor vehicle.
John M. Osborne of Camden was cited for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
On May 22, Leslie S. Brewer Jr. of Smyrna was arrested on a superior court bench warrant for failure to appear on a charge of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.
Sue A. McGovern of Oneida received an appearance ticket for an inadequate muffler, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and displaying a false inspection sticker.
Kyle R. Schwartz of Redfield and Zachary R. Terry-Wade of Oneida were cited for operating with suspended registrations.
Donald G. Rose of Wise, Va. was issued an appearance ticket for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and no or inadequate stop lights.
On May 23, Daniel T. Butt of Canastota was arrested for assault with intent to cause physical injury with a weapon in the second degree, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, and second-degree reckless endangerment.
On May 24, James R. Allen-Jennings and Sarah B. Fahey, both of Oneida, were cited for various violations including operating with a suspended registration and operating unregistered or uninspected vehicles.
Jacob M. Fellows of Oneida was ticketed for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, operating an uninspected motor vehicle, and unlicensed operator.
Carlos Garza of Mission, Texas, was cited for operating with a suspended registration, operating an uninspected motor vehicle, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Brian G. Johnson of Oneida received an appearance ticket for public lewdness.
Andre Perez of Oneida was issued an appearance ticket for unreasonable noise, a local law charge.
