NCCC SkillsUSA chapter honors graduating seniors, welcomes new leadership

NEWPORT — The North Country Career Center SkillsUSA chapter held its Senior Send Off on May 20, recognizing graduating chapter members and those who have completed the program with red and white SkillsUSA graduation cords.

The ceremony honored retiring advisor Ms. Champine, who thanked program advisors for their support and presented them with SkillsUSA name badges.

The chapter welcomed new lead SkillsUSA chapter advisors Ms. Daniele Jaminet and Mr. John Hastings.

The organization is conducting a basket raffle fundraiser to support Abigail Bathalon’s trip to Atlanta in June, where she will compete in Medical Terminology at the National Leadership and Skills Conference.

Chapter members expressed appreciation to Champine for her service as advisor and her efforts to “ignite our potential.”
