PENN YAN — A 45-year-old Penn Yan woman was arrested following a car crash on Liberty Street, according to the Penn Yan Police Department.
Heather A. Mickelsen was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and following too closely.
Officers responded to a reported car crash on Liberty Street and discovered Mickelsen’s New York State driving privileges had been suspended for four scoffs on two dates, police said.
Mickelsen was issued tickets for the offenses and released to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
