Albion police report 12 arrests in weeklong blotter

ALBION — The Albion Police Department arrested 12 individuals on various charges during the week of May 11 through May 18.

Ray Saile was charged May 11 on East State Street with criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child, both misdemeanors.

Brandon Armstrong was charged May 11 on North Platt Street with second-degree criminal contempt, a misdemeanor.

Jaquies Johnson was charged May 11 on Clarendon Street with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor, and second-degree harassment, a violation.

Michael White was charged May 13 on North Platt Street with second-degree aggravated harassment, a misdemeanor.

Nester Garcia was charged May 14 on Caroline Street with third-degree aggravated operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor, and speeding in a school zone, a traffic infraction.

Jonathan Burgin was arrested May 14 in Rochester on a bench warrant from the Town of Albion Court.

June Mckinney was charged May 14 on South Main Street with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and following too closely, a traffic infraction.

Kevin Engert was charged May 15 in Holley with petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Mary Borrero was charged May 15 on North Platt Street with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.

Vincent Navarra was charged May 15 on North Platt Street with driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor, and multiple traffic infractions including leaving the scene of a property accident, driving on a sidewalk, refusal to take a breath test, and failure to keep right.

Daniel Busch was charged May 18 on West Avenue with second-degree aggravated operation of a motor vehicle, a misdemeanor.

Michael White was charged May 18 on Beaver Street with trespass, a traffic infraction.
