GREECE — The Greece Police Department arrested a 41-year-old Victor man following a burglary investigation that began in March.
Angelo Iacuzza was taken into custody on May 20 after police linked him to a March 20 break-in at a Peck Road residence.
Officers initially responded to the home after receiving reports that someone had unlawfully entered the property and stolen electronics, a large container of change, and outdoor power equipment.
Witnesses told police they observed a dark-colored Chevrolet Equinox in the driveway on the day of the burglary and saw a male transferring items from the home to the vehicle.
License plate reader data confirmed the suspect vehicle had been in the area during the timeframe of the burglary.
Investigators electronically traced a stolen iPad to Iacuzza’s residence in Victor.
Following his arrest, the department’s Criminal Investigation Division executed a search warrant at Iacuzza’s home, where they recovered several stolen items.
Iacuzza was transported to the Monroe County Jail pending arraignment in CAP Court.
