Broome County Sheriff’s Office reports 11 arrests in weekly update

BINGHAMTON — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office released its weekly arrest report on May 19, detailing 11 arrests across multiple municipalities for charges ranging from harassment to rape.

Among those arrested was Isaiah M. Foote, 19, of Maine, N.Y., who faces a Class B felony charge of first-degree rape following an investigation in the Town of Maine.

Foote was also charged with sexual misconduct, a Class A misdemeanor, in a separate investigation in the Town of Union.

Dustin J. Burdick, 30, of Binghamton, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a Class E felony, and second-degree harassment following a dispute in the Town of Dickinson.

Adam L. Davidson, 43, of Trenton, N.J., faces charges of operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor, along with multiple traffic violations after being stopped in the Town of Triangle.

Two individuals, Aaron L. Legg, 18, of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Annika Malhotra, 18, of Basking Ridge, N.J., were each charged with third-degree criminal trespass, a Class B misdemeanor, following separate trespassing investigations in the Town of Colesville.

Kaden J. Middleton, 25, of Owego, was charged with unlawful fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, a Class A misdemeanor, along with multiple traffic violations following a traffic stop in Binghamton.

The remaining arrests involved charges of harassment, criminal contempt, and controlled substance possession across various locations in Broome County.
