SAUGERTIES — A Ruby woman was arrested Thursday evening after police responded to a trespassing complaint on Route 212.
Britny L. Malloy, 38, was charged with criminal trespass in the third degree, a misdemeanor, according to the Saugerties Police Department.
The arrest occurred at approximately 8:20 p.m. on May 15.
Malloy was processed at the Saugerties Police Department and then transported to CAP court for arraignment.
