SAUGERTIES — A local man was arrested Thursday evening following a trespassing complaint on Route 212, according to the Saugerties Police Department.
Floyd Osterhaudt, 39, of Saugerties, was charged with criminal trespass in the third degree, a misdemeanor.
Police took Osterhaudt into custody at approximately 8:20 p.m. on May 15.
Authorities processed Osterhaudt at the Saugerties Police Department before transporting him to CAP court for arraignment.
